The concept
A chef's signature cuisine, contemporary and Moroccan. The chef wanted a setting that exudes authenticity while remaining modern. A central bar, an open kitchen.
The materials
- Solid travertine bar, monolithic, 3 metres long
- Open-kitchen wall: Marquina marble, for strong contrast
- Floor: emerald bejmat zellige laid in a chevron pattern
The challenge
Coordinating with the interior architect and the chef on the functional areas. Laying to a tight schedule, between two evening services.
