Where applicable, the processing operations described below are declared to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

We collect only the data needed for the purposes described here.

• Quote request form: nature of the project (tiles, kitchen, wood, renovation…), type and condition of the property, estimated surface area, city where the work will take place, expected start time frame, name, phone number, email address (optional) and free-text message.
• ‘First-party’ audience measurement: pages viewed, date and time, length of visit, source of the visit (search engine, social network, direct access), type of device and browser, language, a random visit identifier stored in a technical cookie, and the approximate city inferred from the IP address. No third-party analytics tool is used; this data is hosted on our own server.
• Shared quotes: when we send you a quote via a link, we record the name entered at the time of acceptance (the ‘Bon pour accord’ statement, meaning ‘approved and agreed’) together with the date and time of that acceptance.
• WhatsApp, phone or email exchanges: the information you choose to give us in order to prepare your project.

• Responding to your quote request, calling you back and preparing a suitable proposal (performance of pre-contractual measures).
• Drawing up, sending, tracking and archiving quotes, invoices and site documents (performance of the contract and legal and accounting obligations).
• Measuring traffic on the website and understanding which pages interest our visitors in order to improve our services (legitimate interest).
• Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).

Your data is never used for automated direct marketing and is never sold to third parties.

The data is intended for the sales and technical team of AMARCHY. It may be passed on, only to the extent strictly necessary, to our technical service providers (hosting of the website and database on our Coolify server, email delivery service) and, where applicable, to our installation subcontractors working on your site.

When you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the exchanges are subject to the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta).

• Quote requests that are not taken further: 24 months from the last contact.
• Accepted quotes, invoices and site documents: statutory retention period for accounting records (10 years).
• Audience measurement data: 13 months at most, then aggregated anonymously.
• Visit identifier cookie: 13 months at most.

The website sets only the cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation and for first-party audience measurement: an anonymous visit identifier, the language you have chosen for the website (kept for one year) and, for the team area reserved for our staff, a session cookie. No advertising or social network cookies are set. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; the website can still be viewed.

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data and to information about how it is processed.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data, and right to object, free of charge, to any direct marketing.
• Right to erasure of data when keeping it is no longer necessary.

To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected] or by post to AMARCHY, Lot. 34 Jaouhara, 12050 Skhirat, Morocco, enclosing proof of identity. We reply within 30 days at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

The data is stored on a dedicated server administered by Amarchy, protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-controlled access to the team area and regular backups. Shared quote links use a random token that cannot be guessed.
